MULTI-PURPOSE WATERPROOFING SLURRY
DESCRIPTION:
SikaSeal®-105 is a cement-based, polymer modified, 2-
component, multipurpose waterproofing slurry.
SikaSeal®-105 combines a crystallization action and
pore blocking effect with excellent waterproofing
ability of special polymers, fillers, and properly graded
aggregates.
Suitable for use in tropical and hot climatic conditions.
USES:
SikaSeal®-105 is used as an economical and easy to use
waterproofing slurry for external and internal applications. SikaSeal®-105 is suitable for the following
applications:
Water and sewage works, such as tanks and manholes

▪ Retaining walls and bridge structures
▪ Sea walls and irrigation channels
▪ Balconies, bathrooms, etc.
SikaSeal®-105 can be used against positive and negative water pressure.
