USES
SikaProof® A+ 08 is ideal for:

• Damp-proofing, waterproofing, and protecting concrete in basements and other underground structures.
• Precast reinforced concrete structures.
• Cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.
• Existing reinforced concrete structures.

• CE marking and performance declaration based on EN 13967:2012.
• Watertightness tests: PG FBB Part 1, WISSBAU, Test reports No. 2019-231-5-1 and 2019-231-4-1.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Composition: Flexible polyolefin (FPO) membrane, hybrid layer of cement-modified polymer.
• Packaging: Rolls in widths of 1.00 m or 2.00 m, with a length of 25 m.
• Colour: Light yellow (top layer), grey (bottom layer).
• Shelf Life: 24 months from production.
• Storage: Store in dry conditions between +5°C and +30°C, in unopened, undamaged packaging. Avoid stacking pallets.
• Effective Thickness: Total thickness: 1.35 mm (±0.14/-0.07), Waterproofing layer: 0.80 mm (±0.08/-0.04).
• Mass per Area: 1.20 kg/m² (±0.12/-0.06).

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Impact Resistance: ≥ 300 mm (Hard support), ≥ 300 mm (Soft support) (EN 12691).
• Tensile Strength: ≥ 500 N/50 mm (Longitudinal and Transversal).
• Joint Shear Resistance: ≥ 100 N/50 mm.
• Reaction to Fire: Class E (EN 13501-1).
• Accelerated Ageing: Pass after 28 days at +23°C, and 24 hours at 60 kPa (EN 1847, EN 1928).
• Watertightness: Pass 24 hours at 60 kPa (EN 1928).
• Durability: Pass after 12 weeks at +70°C, 24 hours at 60 kPa.
• Chemical Resistance: Pass with calcium hydroxide after 28 days at +23°C (EN 1928, EN 1847).
• Service Temperature: -10°C to +35°C.
• Adhesion to Concrete: ≥ 80 N/50 mm after 28 days (DIN EN 1372).
• Resistance to Lateral Water Migration: Pass up to 7 bar (ASTM D5385).
• Elongation: ≥ 1000% (Longitudinal and Transversal).
