Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production when stored properly
Storage Conditions: Store in original, undamaged, and sealed packaging in dry conditions between +5°C and +45°C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Mix thoroughly before use.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The standard rules for proper concreting practices for production and placement must be followed when using MRheobuild 858KW in concrete. Fresh concrete should be properly cured, especially in hot conditions, to prevent plastic and drying shrinkage. For curing, Sika® Antisol® products or wet hessian can be used.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Recommended Dosage: 0.8% – 2.5% by weight of binder. Higher dosages can be used based on mix design, raw materials, climatic conditions, and concrete requirements. Trial mixes should be conducted to determine the exact dosage.
Dispensing: MRheobuild 858KW should be added to the gauging water or poured simultaneously with it into the concrete mixer at the batching plant. Avoid adding directly to the dry mix. For optimal performance, mix thoroughly for at least 60 seconds. The remaining gauging water for consistency adjustment can be added after two-thirds of the mixing time to avoid excess water in the concrete.
Compatibility: MRheobuild 858KW is compatible with all types of cement and supplementary cementitious materials, including Microsilica (Silica Fume), Fly Ash (PFA), and GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag), as well as other Sika products like SikaPump®, Sika®FerroGard®, SikaFume®, SikaFiber®, Sika®Aer, Sika®Stabilizer, and SikaControl®. It is recommended to perform trial mixes to confirm the required performance when combining Sikament® RB 858 KW with other products or admixtures. Consult Sika Technical Department for further guidance.
