MasterRheobuild® 834

MasterRheobuild® 834 is a synthetic polymer-based product designed to provide rheoplastic properties to concrete. Rheoplastic concrete is a fluid mix with a slump of at least 200mm, allowing it to flow easily while preventing segregation. Despite its fluidity, it maintains the same water/cement ratio as low slump concrete (25mm) without the need for admixtures.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Packaging: Available in IBC containers and 210-liter drums
Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date, if kept in unopened, undamaged, and sealed packaging
Storage Conditions: Store at temperatures above +5°C. If frozen, thaw at +5°C or higher and reconstitute gently using mechanical agitation (do not use pressurized air). Keep out of direct sunlight and protect from temperature extremes.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Recommended Dosage: The optimal dosage should be determined via trial mixes. As a guideline, a starting range of 800ml to 2000ml per 100kg of cementitious material is suggested. For high-performance concrete, up to 2000ml per 100kg may be used, subject to prior site trials.
Compatibility: Sikament® RB 834 is compatible with all types of cement and most air-entraining agents that meet ASTM standards. It is recommended for use with SikaControl®-720 AER (air-entraining agent) for concrete exposed to freeze-thaw conditions.
