Description

USES
Sikafloor®-100 Level SA can be applied manually or via a pump to level floors with a thickness between 2 mm and 10 mm, before the final floor covering, such as ceramic or stone tiles, linoleum, PVC, wood, or carpet.

• Ideal for leveling both large and small surfaces in commercial, residential, and domestic spaces.
• It is especially recommended for use with Sikabond® elastic bonding products, SikaCeram® tiling mortars, or Sikafloor systems under foot traffic.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Composition: Polymer-modified Portland cement and graded aggregates
• Packaging: 25 kg bags
• Appearance/Colour: Grey powder
• Shelf Life: 6 months from the production date
• Storage Conditions: Store in dry conditions in original, undamaged, sealed packaging at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. Protect from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
• Density: ~2.05 kg/l (fresh mortar)
• Bulk Density: ~1.3 kg/l

• Tensile Strength in Flexure (23 °C):
  • 28 Days: ~8.5 N/mm² (ASTM C580)
• Tensile Strength (23 °C, 28 Days): ~6 N/mm² (ASTM C307)

APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Mixing Ratio: 5.25 to 5.5 L of water per 25 kg bag
• Consumption: ~1.6 kg/m² per mm thickness (dry material, without water)
• Layer Thickness: Minimum 2 mm, Maximum 10 mm
• Ambient Temperature: Minimum +10 °C, Maximum +35 °C
• Relative Humidity: Maximum 75%
• Substrate Temperature: Minimum +10 °C, Maximum +35 °C

Substrate Pre-Treatment

• Priming:
  • Sikafloor®-01 Primer: Dilute 1 kg of Sikafloor®-01 Primer with 3 L of water, apply with brush or roller. Approximate consumption: 70 g/m² (210 g/m² when diluted).
  • Sika® Astar: Apply undiluted with brush or roller, approximate consumption: 0.1 – 0.2 kg/m².

Pot Life: Approximately 30 minutes at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity

Waiting Time / Overcoating

• Sikafloor®-100 Level SA can be covered with textile or elastic floorings after the following waiting times:
  • For ≤ 3 mm: ~24 hours
  • For ≤ 5 mm: ~48 hours
  • For ≤ 10 mm: ~72 hours
  • These values are approximate and may vary depending on climate conditions. Ensure the moisture content is within the required limits before covering.

Applied Product Ready for Use

• Foot Traffic: Approximately 8 hours at +23 °C and 50% relative humidity
• Fully Cured: Approximately 7 days
  • These times are estimates and may vary depending on the substrate and environmental conditions, particularly temperature and humidity.
