USES
Sikafloor®-155 WN should only be applied by experienced professionals. It is used for:
- Priming and improving adhesion on properly prepared surfaces such as:
- New concrete
- Cementitious screeds
- Hardened concrete
- Existing epoxy floor coatings
- EpoCem leveling layers
- Priming for Sikafloor®-81 EpoCem® and Sikafloor®-82 EpoCem®, Sikafloor®-20N PurCem®, Sikafloor®-21N PurCem®, and other products in the Sikafloor®-Level® range.

- Tensile Adhesion Strength: >1.5 N/mm² (failure in concrete) after 28 days at +23 °C and 50% r.h. (EN 13892-8)
SYSTEM INFORMATION
- Application: Apply 1 to 2 coats of Sikafloor®-155 WN, depending on substrate porosity.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 3 : 1 by weight
- Consumption:
- 0.3 – 0.5 kg/m² per coat (2.0 – 3.3 m²/kg per coat)
- Dilute first coat with 10% water by weight, apply second coat undiluted
- Layer Thickness: 110 – 180 µm per coat (dry film thickness)
- Ambient Temperature: Minimum +10 °C, maximum +35 °C
- Relative Humidity: Maximum 85%
- Dew Point: Ensure substrate and uncured floor are at least 3°C above the dew point to prevent condensation or blooming.
- Substrate Temperature: Minimum +10 °C, maximum +35 °C
- Substrate Moisture Content: Test using Sika®-Tramex meter, CM measurement, or Oven-dry method. Ensure moisture is below 4% for impervious resin finishes.
- Can be applied on damp green concrete when overcoating with Sikafloor® EpoCem® products, provided there is no standing water.
Pot Life (at 75% relative humidity):
- +10°C: ~180 minutes
- +20°C: ~90 minutes
- +30°C: ~90 minutes
Curing Time (before applying Sikafloor®-81/-82 EpoCem®):
- Substrate Temperature:
- +10°C: Minimum 12 hours, maximum 72 hours
- +20°C: Minimum 6 hours, maximum 48 hours
- +30°C: Minimum 4 hours, maximum 24 hours
- Foot Traffic:
- +10°C: ~12 hours
- +20°C: ~6 hours
- +30°C: ~4 hours
Note: Curing times increase in low temperatures or high humidity. Only apply subsequent coats when the primer is tack-free.
