DESCRIPTION
Sikafloor®-220 W Conductive is a two-component, water-based epoxy resin designed to provide high electrostatic conductivity. This product is part of various systems and is formulated for use as a conductive primer underneath conductive wearing layers such as Sikafloor®-262 AS N, Sikafloor®-235 ESD, Sikafloor®-269 ECF CR, and others. Sikafloor®-220 W Conductive helps to create electrostatic conductive coatings for concrete and cementitious screeds, making it ideal for industrial environments requiring controlled electrostatic dissipation.

USES
Sikafloor®-220 W Conductive should only be applied by experienced professionals. It is intended for:

  • Conductive Priming: Used as a conductive primer under various Sikafloor® conductive wearing systems.
  • Electrostatic Conductive Coatings: Applied to concrete and cement-based floors in industries where electrostatic control is critical.

    • At +10°C: ~120 minutes
    • At +20°C: ~90 minutes
    • At +30°C: ~30 minutes
  • Curing Times:
    • At +10°C: 26 hours minimum, 7 days maximum
    • At +20°C: 17 hours minimum, 5 days maximum
    • At +30°C: 12 hours minimum, 4 days maximum
