USES
MEmaco 8100 AP V1 2x1L 4G is a versatile, fast-setting repair mortar designed for use in:

- Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date when stored in the original, sealed packaging
- Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, cool place between +5°C and +30°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Appearance and Color: Grey, with a smooth, paste-like consistency
- Density: Approximately 1.8 kg/L (when mixed)

- 20-25% by weight, depending on the consistency required
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Surface Preparation:
- Clean and prepare the substrate by removing dust, oil, grease, and loose material. Abrade the surface to ensure proper adhesion of the repair mortar.
- Mixing:
- Mix the two components (liquid and powder) in the recommended ratio until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Application Method:
- Apply the mortar using a trowel, spatula, or putty knife, pressing firmly into cracks or holes. Smooth the surface to the desired finish.
- Curing:
- Allow the repair to set and cure. Protect the area from direct sunlight or rapid temperature changes during the curing period.
- Cleaning:
- Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Once the product has set, it may be difficult to remove.
