USES
Typical applications include:

• Concrete Repair: For repairing spalled concrete, floors, beams, and pre-cast slabs
• Floor Screeds and Toppings: Creates abrasion-resistant, non-dusting floors
• External Rendering: Provides waterproof, weatherproof, and frost-resistant render
• Waterproofing and Tanking: Ideal for basements, lift pits, inspection pits, water towers, liquid tanks, effluent tanks, and swimming pools
• Other Uses: Suitable for bedding tiles and fixing or re-fixing slip bricks

• Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date when stored in unopened, undamaged, and sealed packaging
• Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. In tropical climates, store in air-conditioned environments
• Appearance/Colour: A milky-white Styrene-Butadiene copolymer latex, specifically designed for use with Portland cement
• Specific Gravity: 1.000 – 1.040 at 25°C
• pH Value: 8 ± 1
