DESCRIPTION
MasterGlenium ACE 30 is designed for situations where the time between mixing and placing concrete is short, such as when using bullet skips or directly discharging from a mixer to a unit. It optimizes the workability life of the concrete, ensuring a balance between maintaining workability and initiating the strength development process as quickly as possible. When combined with the patented MasterX-Seed concept, it enables faster mold turnaround and can reduce or even eliminate the need for enhanced temperature curing. The molecular structure of MasterGlenium ACE 30 accelerates cement hydration by increasing the surface area of the cement particles to react with water, offering enhanced robustness and controlled workability retention for precast concrete.

ZERO ENERGY SYSTEM
The Zero Energy System combines advanced MasterGlenium ACE superplasticizers with self-compacting concrete technology. It has been developed to help precast concrete manufacturers streamline their production process and reduce energy costs, all while improving product quality and site working conditions.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
MasterGlenium ACE 30 is ideal for producing precast concrete elements with highly workable, non-segregating concrete that uses low water-cement ratios to achieve high early and final strengths. This can be done without vibration, making the production process more economical, ecological, and ergonomic. It is also particularly effective when used with the MasterX-Seed Crystal Speed Hardening concept.
