Usage

MSeal® 536 is a high-performance waterproofing and surface protection coating, designed for use on a variety of concrete and masonry structures. It is primarily used to prevent water ingress, protect surfaces from external weather conditions, and extend the life of the underlying concrete structures. MSeal® 536 is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, offering protection against moisture, carbonation, and other environmental factors.

Applications

• Waterproofing: Ideal for use on roofs, basements, water tanks, and swimming pools, where it acts as an effective waterproofing barrier to prevent water seepage.
• Concrete Surface Protection: Applied to concrete structures like foundations, retaining walls, and floors to protect against moisture, chemical attack, and corrosion.

Coverage

• The typical coverage rate of MSeal® 536 is approximately 2 to 4 m² per liter per coat, depending on the texture and porosity of the substrate.
• Two coats are generally recommended for optimum performance, with a total coverage of 2 to 3 m² per liter when applied in two layers.
