APPLICATION INFORMATION

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from any loose particles, dust, oil, or grease.

   • For optimal bonding, repair any cracks or surface imperfections before applying the coating.
2. Mixing Instructions:
   • Mix MTop 100 Grey V1 with the recommended amount of clean water to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency.
   • Adjust the water content slightly if needed to achieve the desired workability.
3. Application Method:
   • Brush or Roller: Apply evenly with a brush or roller for smaller areas or fine finishes.
   • Spray: Use a spray application method for larger surfaces to achieve a smooth and uniform coat.
   • Multiple Coats: Apply multiple coats if necessary, allowing adequate drying time between each coat (typically 4-6 hours).
4. Drying and Curing:
   • Allow the first coat to dry for 1-2 hours before applying the second coat.
   • Full curing is achieved after 7 days under standard conditions.
5. Cleanup:
   • Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with water, before the material dries.
   • Once the coating has dried, solvent-based cleaners may be required for cleanup.
6. Precautions:
   • Always apply in well-ventilated areas to avoid inhaling vapors.
   • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and safety glasses, during application.
