Sika Emulsion PVA

Application:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, or other contaminants that may interfere with adhesion. Repair any cracks or damage in the surface before application.
2. Mixing: Sika Emulsion PVA is typically used as a ready-to-use product. However, in some cases, it can be diluted with water depending on the application requirements. For bonding and priming, it is usually applied neat.
3. Applying the Product: Apply Sika Emulsion PVA with a brush, roller, or sprayer, depending on the size of the surface area. For bonding, apply a thin coat of the emulsion to the substrate. For priming, apply one or two coats, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
4. Drying Time: Allow the Sika Emulsion PVA to dry completely before applying subsequent coatings, plaster, tiles, or other finishes. Typically, drying takes around 30 minutes to an hour, depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
5. Clean-Up: Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with water.
