Application:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, smooth, and free from contaminants such as dust, dirt, grease, or moisture. Any imperfections should be repaired to ensure a flat, level substrate.
2. Mixing: SikaBond LA is a ready-to-use adhesive and does not require mixing. Ensure the adhesive is at room temperature before application.
3. Applying the Adhesive: Apply SikaBond LA to the prepared substrate using a notched trowel. Spread the adhesive evenly to ensure full coverage on the substrate.
4. Floor Installation: Press the flooring material (wood, laminate, or parquet) into the adhesive, ensuring it is aligned and level. Apply pressure if necessary to ensure the bond is secure.
5. Drying and Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure for 24-48 hours before walking on the newly installed floor or subjecting it to heavy use. The exact curing time will depend on temperature and humidity conditions.
6. Clean-Up: Clean any excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth before it sets. Once cured, the adhesive becomes difficult to remove.
