USES
Sikadur®-30 LP is intended for use by experienced professionals in structural reinforcement projects. It is primarily used for bonding reinforcement materials, including:
- Sika® CarboDur® Plates to various substrates like concrete, brick, timber, and steel (refer to the relevant Sika® CarboDur® documentation and method statements).
- Steel plates to concrete (see corresponding Sika technical documents).
FEATURES
Sikadur®-30 LP offers the following advantages:
- Extended pot life for flexibility in application
- High resistance to elevated temperatures during curing
- Easy mixing and application process
- No need for a primer
- Strong creep resistance under long-term load
- Excellent adhesion to a variety of materials including concrete, stone, steel, aluminum, timber, and Sika® CarboDur® Plates
- Cures effectively even in high humidity conditions
- High strength adhesive with no shrinkage during curing
- Thixotropic consistency, preventing sagging in vertical and overhead applications
- Different colored components to aid in mixing
- Strong initial and final mechanical resistance
- High shock and abrasion resistance
- Impervious to water and liquids
SUSTAINABILITY
Sikadur®-30 LP is certified as a low-emission material according to the Al Sa’fat Dubai Green Building Evaluation System by Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL), certificate No. CL17020432.
