DESCRIPTION
Sikadur®-507 is a two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy resin mortar designed for repairing and bonding concrete and masonry surfaces. This high-performance repair material offers exceptional strength, durability, and adhesion, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Sikadur®-507 is particularly suitable for vertical and overhead repairs, providing reliable solutions for both structural and non-structural applications.
USES
Sikadur®-507 is designed for:
- Repairing and resurfacing damaged or deteriorated concrete surfaces.
- Filling cracks, voids, and surface defects in concrete, masonry, and stone.
- Bonding concrete to concrete and other building materials.
- Repairing vertical and overhead surfaces, making it ideal for walls, columns, and ceilings.
- Suitable for use in areas exposed to heavy mechanical stresses, chemicals, and moisture.
- Ideal for use in industrial plants, parking decks, bridges, highways, warehouses, and infrastructure repairs.

- Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in unopened containers, in a dry, cool place between +5°C and +35°C.
- Density: Approx. 1.75 kg/l (mixed)
- Working Time: 30-40 minutes at 23°C
- Full Cure Time: 7 days at 23°C (may vary with temperature and humidity)
- Temperature Resistance: Permanent exposure up to +60°C (short term up to +80°C)
- Shore D Hardness: ~80 (after 7 days at 23°C)
- Compressive Strength: >60 N/mm² (after 7 days at 23°C)
- Tensile Adhesion Strength: >1.5 N/mm² (failure in concrete)
