SYSTEM INFORMATION
For various substrates and applications, including primers, moisture control, substrate consolidation, and leveling mortars:
- Low to Medium Porosity Substrates: One layer of Sikafloor®-156
- High Porosity Substrates: Two layers of Sikafloor®-156
- Levelling Mortar (Fine): Primer layer of Sikafloor®-156, followed by leveling mortar with quartz sand and Extender T
- Levelling Mortar (Medium): Similar to fine mortar, with a suitable sand mixture
- Epoxy Screed / Repair Mortar: Use Sikafloor®-156 as primer, bonding bridge, and screed base with suitable sand mixture
- Sand Mixtures for Screed: Various sand types and grain sizes (e.g., 0.06 – 0.3 mm, 0.3 – 0.8 mm, 0.6 – 1.2 mm) for specific layer thicknesses (15 – 20 mm).
Ensure the grain size ratio is appropriate for the final layer thickness.
