Product Description
Sikafloor®-2 SynTop is a one-component, pre-blended synthetic dry shake hardener for concrete, consisting of cement, durable aggregates, compatible additives, and pigments.

Uses
Sikafloor®-2 SynTop should be applied only by skilled professionals. It creates a highly durable, non-metallic dry shake topping for monolithic concrete floors. When applied to fresh wet concrete and troweled in, it results in a coloured, highly wear-resistant, smooth surface.

• Chemical Base: A blend of natural and synthetic aggregates mixed with cement, admixtures, and pigments

• Storage Conditions: Keep in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging in a dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C

System Information

• System Structure:

  • Surface Levelling: Achieved using power trowel or laser screed
  • Final Smoothing: Performed with a power trowel

• Relative Air Humidity: Minimum 30%, maximum 98%
• Substrate Temperature: Minimum +5°C, maximum +30°C

Curing Times

• Foot Traffic:
  • +10°C: ~18 hours
  • +20°C: ~12 hours
  • +30°C: ~8 hours
• Fully Serviceable:
  • The curing times depend on the concrete reaching its design strength and will be influenced by ambient temperature and relative humidity.
