SYSTEM INFORMATION
For system details, refer to Sikafloor® Multidur WS-11 and Sikafloor® Multidur WT-11 System Data Sheets.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 70:30 by weight
- Consumption: ~0.2–0.3 kg/m² when applied as a roller coating
- Ambient Air Temperature: Minimum +10°C, Maximum +30°C
- Relative Air Humidity: Maximum 80%
- Dew Point: Ensure substrate and uncured floor are at least 3°C above the dew point to avoid condensation or blooming. High humidity and low temperatures may increase blooming risk.
- Substrate Temperature: Minimum +10°C, Maximum +30°C
- Substrate Moisture Content: Must be ≤ 6% by weight (measured with a Sika® Tramex meter, CM measurement, or oven-dry method). No rising moisture allowed (refer to ASTM Polyethylene-sheet test).
Pot Life
- At +10°C: ~150 minutes
- At +20°C: ~120 minutes
- At +30°C: ~60 minutes
Curing Time
Allow the following curing times before overcoating:
- At +10°C: 48 hours minimum, 7 days maximum
- At +20°C: 20 hours minimum, 5 days maximum
- At +30°C: 10 hours minimum, 3 days maximum
Curing times may vary based on ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
