Sikafloor® 305 W ESD is a water-based, conductive epoxy coating designed to provide reliable electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for sensitive environments. Application:

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of any contaminants such as dust, grease, oil, or old coatings.
2. Mixing:
   • Sikafloor® 305 W ESD comes in two components: the base (Part A) and the hardener (Part B). Mix the components thoroughly in the recommended ratio using a slow-speed drill with a mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mixture.
3. Application:
   • Apply the mixed Sikafloor® 305 W ESD to the prepared substrate using a roller, brush, or squeegee, depending on the area and desired finish. Apply evenly to ensure full coverage, taking care to achieve the recommended thickness as per the technical datasheet.
   • The application should be done in a well-ventilated area, and the product should be applied at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C (50°F to 86°F).
4. Curing Time:
   • Typically, Sikafloor® 305 W ESD will require about 12-24 hours for light traffic and 3-7 days for full curing, depending on ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
