Application Information

  • Mixing Ratio: 4.75 qts (4.5 L) of water per bag
  • Coverage: 26 ft² (2.3 m²) at 1/4” (6 mm) thickness per bag (coverage may vary depending on surface profile, porosity, and material waste)
  • Layer Thickness:
    • Neat application: 1/8” (3 mm) to 3” (76 mm)
    • Extended application: 1/4” (6 mm) to 4” (102 mm)
  • Product Temperature: 65–75°F (18–24°C)
  • Ambient Air Temperature: 41–86°F (5–30°C)
  • Substrate Temperature: 41–86°F (5–30°C)
  • Relative Air Humidity: <75%
  • Pot Life: Approximately 20 minutes

Note: The application temperature will impact the pot life:

  • Temperatures above 73°F (23°C) reduce pot life and working time.
  • Temperatures below 73°F (23°C) extend pot life and working time.

Waiting / Recoat Times

  • Walk-on Time: 4 hours
  • Suitable for Overcoating with:
    • Non-moisture-sensitive floor coverings: 4 hours
    • Moisture-sensitive floor coverings: 24 hours (up to 3/8” or 9.5 mm thickness)*
