Sikafloor® Level-25CA is a single-component, polymer-modified, versatile, and durable floor screed designed for interior concrete floors. It can be applied either manually or using a pump to achieve quick, smooth, and cost-effective substrate leveling before installing the final floor finish. It is typically applied at a thickness of 5–25 mm (3/16–1 inch).

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation & Priming:
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and stable. Remove any existing treatments, coatings, sealers, or contaminants. Use mechanical methods like shotblasting, sandblasting, or water-jetting to create a fine, open-textured surface. Surface defects should be repaired with a suitable Sika mortar before priming. All loose materials should be removed with a vacuum before applying Sika® Level-01 PrimerCA. - Mixing:
Add 4.25 L (1.12 US gal.) of potable water to a mixing container and gradually add the powder (25 kg/55 lb). Mix using a low-speed electric mixer (300–400 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until uniform. Let the mixture sit until air bubbles are mostly dispersed. - Application:
- Pump: Use a floor screed mixer and pump, adjusting water to achieve a flowable consistency (4.25 L per 25 kg). After pumping, spread using a trowel or pin screed rake, then spike-roll in two directions to remove marks and air.
- Manual: Pour the mixture onto the pre-primed surface and spread with a trowel or pin screed rake, then spike-roll in two directions to remove marks and air.
- Curing: Sikafloor® Level-25CA must be air-cured. Do not use wet curing or curing compounds.
Clean Up: Clean tools and equipment with water. Hardened material may need to be mechanically removed.
Limitations
- Protect the stored material from moisture and humidity.
- The product should be conditioned to temperatures between 18°C and 29°C (65°F and 84°F) before mixing and installation.
- Do not exceed the recommended water dosage.
- Protect from condensation and water for at least 24 hours after application.
- Not suitable for slopes exceeding 0.5%.
- Not intended for aesthetic finishes.
- For interior use only.
- Mechanical preparation is required before overcoating with Sikafloor® resins or additional layers.
- Ensure moisture content meets requirements when overcoating.
