Sikament®-512 Star PK is a highly efficient water-reducing agent and superplasticizer, designed to produce high-quality, free-flowing concrete, particularly in hot climates. It is ideal for use in tropical and hot environmental conditions.
Uses: Sikament®-512 Star PK is suitable for applications requiring high-quality concrete, especially in challenging placement and climatic conditions.
Characteristics/Advantages: As a Superplasticizer:

Product Information:
- Chemical Base: Organic polymer blend
- Packaging: 5 L jerry can, 20 L plastic can, 200 L drum, 1000 L IBC. Bulk supply available upon request.
- Shelf Life: At least 12 months from production date when stored properly in unopened packaging.
- Storage: Store in a dry area between 5 ºC and 35 ºC, away from direct sunlight.

- pH Value: ~5-8 at 25 ºC

Application Information:
- Recommended Dosage: 0.8 – 3% by weight of cement. It is recommended to perform trial mixes to determine the exact dosage needed.
- Dispensing: Sikament®-512 Star PK can be added directly to freshly mixed concrete or to the mixing water before combining with aggregates. If added to the concrete, ensure mixing for at least one minute per cubic meter.
- Compatibility: Sikament®-512 Star PK can be combined with Sika products such as SikaPump, Sika FerroGard-901, and SikaFume. It is also compatible with sulphate-resistant cement. Pre-trials are recommended when mixing with these products. Please contact our Technical Services Department for more information.
