Storage

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight and frost. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Determine Dosage

Establish the optimum dosage by trial mixes with the actual materials and conditions. Typical dosage ranges are given in the current Sika Pakistan PDS.

Dispensing

Add to the gauging water or with it into the concrete mixer at the batching plant. Do not add directly to the dry mix.

Mixing

For optimum water reduction, mix at a minimum wet mixing time of about 60 seconds. Any remaining gauging water should be added only after two-thirds of the wet mixing time to avoid surplus water.

Placing

Place the highly workable concrete with reduced compaction effort.

05
Curing

Cure properly, especially in hot conditions, using Sika Antisol products or moist curing.
