Description:
SikaRep® PK is a one-component, fiber-reinforced, low-shrinkage concrete repair mortar.
Uses:
- Ideal for repairing spalled and damaged concrete in buildings, bridges, infrastructure, and superstructure works.
- Helps improve the load-bearing capacity of concrete structures by adding mortar.
- Used to increase concrete cover, replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete.
- Suitable for large-volume repairs with significant mortar thickness.
- Can be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces.
- Effective for filling pores, small concrete damages, corners, joint edges, and shaping or covering joints.

- Mixing Ratio: 3.75 to 4.25 liters of water per 25 kg bag.

- Layer Thickness:
- Minimum: 5 mm per layer.
- Maximum: 30 mm per layer.
- Ambient Air Temperature: +5 °C minimum / +35 °C maximum.
- Substrate Temperature: +5 °C minimum / +35 °C maximum.
- Pot Life: Approximately 45 minutes.
