SikaRep 100 is a high-performance, ready-to-use, cement-based repair mortar specifically designed for the repair and protection of concrete surfaces. It is a pre-mixed, one-component product that provides excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to harsh environmental conditions. SikaRep 100 is ideal for repairing and resurfacing damaged or deteriorated concrete in both vertical and horizontal applications. Usage: SikaRep 100 is widely used for concrete repair and protection applications. It is ideal for:

• Repairing and resurfacing damaged concrete floors, walls, ceilings, and columns.
• Filling cracks, holes, and voids in concrete and masonry structures.
• Restoring the structural integrity of concrete surfaces exposed to harsh weather or mechanical wear.

Application:

1. Surface Preparation: The surface to be repaired must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, or loose concrete. For cracks and damaged areas, remove any deteriorated material using a wire brush, grinder, or chipping hammer. Smooth surfaces should be roughened to enhance adhesion.
2. Mixing: SikaRep 100 is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed product that requires no further mixing. However, if necessary, small adjustments in consistency can be made by adding a small amount of clean water.
3. Applying the Mortar: Apply the SikaRep 100 repair mortar to the prepared surface using a trowel, putty knife, or float. For deeper repairs, apply in layers, allowing each layer to set before applying the next. Ensure the mortar is pressed firmly into the surface for maximum adhesion.
4. Curing: Allow the mortar to cure for at least 24 hours before exposing the surface to normal traffic or stress. In colder conditions or thick applications, curing time may increase. Maintain moisture on the surface during the first 24 hours to enhance curing.
5. Clean-Up: Clean all tools and mixing containers immediately after use with water before the mortar sets. Once the mortar has fully cured, it becomes difficult to remove.
