SikaViscoCrete® ACE 30 is a polycarboxylate-ether (PCE) based high-range water-reducing superplasticiser for concrete, part of the SikaViscoCrete ACE range. Storage

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight and frost. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application guide

Application guide (5 easy steps)

  1. Determine DosageEstablish the optimum dosage by trial mixes with the actual materials. Typical dosage ranges are given in the current Sika Pakistan PDS.
  2. DispensingDispense directly into the mixing/gauging water before or with the aggregates. Do not add to the dry mix.
  3. MixingMix thoroughly (a minimum wet mixing time of about 60 seconds is recommended) for uniform dispersion.
  4. PlacingPlace and compact well to achieve dense, watertight concrete.
  5. CuringCure the concrete properly, especially in hot conditions.
