Product Overview
SikaGrout-114 PK is a cementitious, free-flowing, economical, general-purpose, non-shrink precision grout with high ultimate strength. It is suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions, which makes it a practical choice for construction across Pakistan.
The product needs only the addition of water on site. You adjust the water-to-powder ratio to get the consistency you need, from a dry pack or trowelable mix through to a highly flowable pour. It reaches around 30 MPa compressive strength at 1 day and 65 MPa at 28 days (per the official Sika Product Data Sheet, March 2026), and it expands slightly to compensate for shrinkage, so it fills voids completely and holds its position under load.
Typical uses from the official datasheet: machine foundations, columns in pre-cast construction, concrete anchors, cavities, gaps and recesses, base plates, general concrete repairs, and bridge bearing pads. For pours where the maximum thickness exceeds 75 mm, Sika recommends Sikacrete-113PP SA instead. Aluminium tools and paddles are not recommended for mixing.

Standards & Classifications
- ASTM C1107 (grout for preplaced-aggregate)
- ASTM C109 (compressive strength)
Mixing & Application
Pour the measured water into a clean container, then add the powder while mixing with a slow-speed drill under 500 rpm. Mix 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and lump-free, no longer than 5 minutes. Do not add aluminium or use aluminium tools. Place within 15 to 20 minutes.
Consumption / Coverage
One 25 kg bag yields about 12.4 to 13 litres depending on water added. Water-to-powder ratio: 0.08 for dry pack, 0.09 for plastic to flowable, 0.11 for highly flowable.
Packaging
25 kg bag. Grey powder. Shelf life 6 months minimum from production date, stored in original unopened packaging between 5 and 35 degrees C, protected from sunlight, heat and moisture.
Storage & Shelf Life
6 months minimum from production date, stored in original unopened bags between 5 and 35 degrees C, protected from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Health & Safety
Read the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. For information on safe handling, storage and disposal, refer to the latest SDS, available from MCT Chemicals on request. Keep out of reach of children. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection.

What is the compressive strength of SikaGrout-114 PK?
Per the official Sika Product Data Sheet (March 2026), it reaches at least 30 MPa at 1 day, 45 MPa at 3 days, 55 MPa at 7 days, and 65 MPa at 28 days.
How much water do I add to SikaGrout-114 PK?
It depends on the consistency you need. The datasheet gives a water-to-powder ratio of 0.08 for a dry pack or trowelable mix, 0.09 for plastic to flowable, and 0.11 for highly flowable at maximum flow. One 25 kg bag yields about 12.4 to 13 litres.
What is the maximum pour thickness?
Minimum 10 mm and maximum 50 mm per pour. Where the thickness exceeds 75 mm, Sika recommends Sikacrete-113PP SA instead. You can add clean, single-size coarse aggregate up to 100 percent of the powder weight for deeper sections, with trials to confirm suitability.
What is the pot life?
About 30 minutes at 23 degrees C. Do not mix more grout than you can place within 15 to 20 minutes, and do not add extra water or ingredients after mixing. In hot weather, use chilled water to keep the mix below 30 degrees C.
