Concrete surfaces must be clean, sound, rough and free from oil, grease, cement laitance and loose particles. Saturate absorbent surfaces thoroughly with clean water. Metal surfaces must be free from scale, rust, oil and grease.

Add water for the desired consistency into a clean vessel, then slowly add the powder. Mix in a forced-action or slow-speed paddle mixer (max 500 rpm) for 2 to 3 minutes until lump-free, no longer than 5 minutes. Do not add extra water or ingredients; mix only full bags.

Before pouring, let the mixed grout stand for approximately 5 minutes to allow entrapped air to escape.

Pour into the prepared area so the grout travels the shortest distance and displaced air can escape. For base-plate grouting, maintain a sufficient head of pressure to keep the grout flowing. Do not place more grout than can be used within 15 to 20 minutes.

Treat exposed surfaces with Antisol-WB curing compound, polyethylene sheeting or wet hessian; do not begin fogging until final set. Clean tools with water immediately after use; hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
