USES
MFlow 648 is ideal for a wide range of high-strength grouting and fixing applications, including but not limited to:

• Fixing of starter bars and anchor bolts
• Grouting and securing of machinery, including heavy equipment and precision machines
• Under-grouting for base plates and machine foundations, including heavy-duty machinery
• Fixing of crane rails and light rail tracks
• Bedding of structural components and precast elements
• Grouting for bridge bearings, mechanical joints, and foundation elements
• Suitable for use in tunnels, over bridges, and other infrastructure projects where durability and high impact resistance are required.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Layer Thickness:
  • Minimum grout depth: 20 mm
  • Maximum grout depth: 80 mm
• Ambient Temperature:
  • Minimum: +20°C / Maximum: +40°C
• Substrate Temperature:
  • Minimum: +15°C / Maximum: +40°C
• Substrate Moisture Content:
  • ≤ 4% for optimal adhesion and grout performance
• Dew Point: Ensure substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point to avoid condensation during application.
• Application Method:
  • Use a mechanical mixer to ensure thorough blending. Add water to achieve the desired consistency and ensure a smooth, lump-free mixture. Apply immediately after mixing to ensure optimal performance.
• Curing Time: Full curing occurs within 7 days at +25°C. Low temperatures may extend curing times.
