Uses: Sika Antisol® E-15 CPK is primarily used for curing structural concrete surfaces where no further surface treatments are necessary. This curing compound is applied by spraying onto freshly laid concrete, forming a thin film that prevents premature water loss without disrupting the normal setting process. The concrete is then left to cure, allowing it to reach its full physical strength. Sika Antisol® E-15 CPK is especially effective for large exposed concrete areas such as:
- Roof decks
- Retaining walls
- Pre-stressed beams and piers
- Irrigation canals and channels
Characteristics/Advantages:
- Helps reduce plastic cracking.
- Ensures the concrete achieves its desired strength.
- Minimizes shrinkage.
- Reduces dusting.
- Eliminates the need for expensive curing methods.
Approvals/Standards: Sika Antisol® E-15 CPK complies with ASTM C 309, Type 1, Class A standards.
