Sika® Antisol® E-15 CPK — Emulsified Paraffin-Wax Concrete Curing Compound (Clear Grade)

Sika® Antisol® E-15 CPK is the clear grade of the Sika Antisol E-15 liquid, emulsified paraffin-wax curing compound for preventing water loss in concrete. Ready to use and easy to spray-apply, it forms a thin film barrier on newly laid concrete, allowing it to cure and achieve its maximum physical properties. Suitable for hot and tropical climatic conditions.

Storage

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions between +5 C and +45 C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

Shelf life

12 months from date of production (correctly stored).

Application guide

Application guide (5 easy steps)

  1. TimingAllow surface water on the newly laid concrete to evaporate for about 1/2 to 2 hours (depending on temperature) before application. Not suitable for application to dry surfaces.
  2. PreparationStir the product well before use.
  3. ApplicationApply a thin, even film to the whole surface using a hand or motor-operated spray gun, at a coverage of about 5-6 m2 per litre.
  4. ProtectionProtect the treated area from rain for at least 2-3 hours after application.
  5. Cleaning & RemovalClean equipment with soapy water after use. Any remaining curing film must be removed before applying a subsequent screed or coating.
