Description

Uses: Sika Antisol® E-15 CPK is primarily used for curing structural concrete surfaces where no further surface treatments are necessary. This curing compound is applied by spraying onto freshly laid concrete, forming a thin film that prevents premature water loss without disrupting the normal setting process. The concrete is then left to cure, allowing it to reach its full physical strength. Sika Antisol® E-15 CPK is especially effective for large exposed concrete areas such as:

• Roof decks
• Retaining walls
• Pre-stressed beams and piers
• Irrigation canals and channels

Product Information:

• Chemical Base: Paraffin wax
• Packaging: Available in 5 L jerry cans, 20 L plastic cans, 200 L drums, and 1000 L IBC. Bulk supply available upon request.
• Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months from the production date if stored correctly.
• Storage: Keep in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging in dry conditions, between +5 °C and +45 °C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
• Appearance: White liquid (becomes clear after drying)
• Specific Gravity: 0.90 at +25 °C

Application Information:

• Consumption: Approximately 5 – 6 m²/L or 0.16 – 0.19 kg/m². Coverage rate depends on wind speed, humidity, temperature, and the concrete surface profile.
