Storage

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Substrate Preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean and dry. Mechanically prepare the bonding zones on each side of the joint/crack to remove laitance and open the surface; remove dust.

02
Tape Preparation

Cut the Combiflex tape to length and, where required, pre-form/loop it over the joint to allow for movement per the system detail.

03
Adhesive Application

Mix the Sikadur epoxy adhesive and apply it to the prepared bonding zones and the edges of the tape.

04
Bonding

Press the tape into the adhesive, working out air and ensuring full contact and the specified adhesive squeeze-out at the edges; leave the movement loop free of adhesive.

05
Curing

Protect the bonded tape until the epoxy has cured. Do not expose to water or movement before cure.
