APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Recommended Dosage for Bonding Slurry (Fresh to Old Concrete):
SikaBond® DV : Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) = 1 : 2
Note: Trial mixes should be carried out to determine the exact dosage for your specific application.
For optimal results, always ensure the correct SikaBond® DV : Water ratio is used.
- For Mortars and Renders:
Trial mixes should be conducted to determine the precise dosage required. For best results, ensure the correct SikaBond® DV : Water ratio is used. Depending on the performance needed, SikaBond® DV can be added to clean mixing water in ratios from 1:1 to 1:2. For all applications except sprayed renders, a bonding bridge should be brushed onto the prepared surface. - Mortar Thickness and Aggregate Size:
