Technical Information

  • Compressive Strength (ASTM D 695-95) at different curing times and temperatures:
    • 1 day at +23°C: ~2 N/mm²
    • 3 days at +23°C: ~14 N/mm²
    • 7 days at +23°C: ~34 N/mm²
    • 14 days at +23°C: ~39 N/mm²
    • 7 days at +40°C: ~41 N/mm²
    • 14 days at +40°C: ~56 N/mm²
  • Tensile Adhesion Strength (EN 1542):
    • 7 days on dry concrete at +23°C: >3 N/mm²

    • ≥10 N/mm² at 28 days
  • Shrinkage: Cures without shrinkage

Application Information

  • Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 2 : 1 by weight or volume
  • Consumption: Approximately 1.3 kg/m² per mm of thickness (theoretical, surface porosity and variations may affect actual usage)
  • Layer Thickness: Maximum 1 mm
  • Sag Flow: Non-sag up to 1.0 mm thickness on vertical surfaces (EN 1799)
  • Material Temperature: +20°C minimum / +40°C maximum
  • Ambient Temperature: +20°C minimum / +40°C maximum
  • Dew Point: Avoid condensation; ensure steel substrate temperature is at least +3°C above the dew point
  • Substrate Temperature: +20°C minimum / +40°C maximum
  • Substrate Moisture Content: Cementitious substrates should be dry or slightly damp (no standing water). For damp substrates, ensure thorough brushing of the adhesive.

Pot Life

  • At +20°C: Pot life ~145 minutes, open time ~270 minutes
  • At +30°C: Pot life ~55 minutes, open time ~240 minutes
  • At +40°C: Pot life ~35 minutes, open time ~120 minutes
    (EN ISO 9514)
The pot life begins once Parts A and B are mixed. Pot life is shorter at higher temperatures and longer at lower temperatures. Larger quantities mixed together will result in a shorter pot life. To extend workability at higher temperatures, the mixed product can be divided into smaller portions, or the components can be chilled before mixing (but not below +5°C).
