Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

Formwork & Preparation

Concrete must be sound, clean and free from laitance, oil and loose material. Erect leak-tight formwork with a head box and clearance for flow; steel/baseplates must be clean and de-rusted.

Mixing

Mix components A+B, then add component C (aggregate) and mix to a uniform, pourable, lump-free grout with a slow-speed mixer, avoiding aeration.

Pouring

Pour continuously from one side only to avoid air entrapment, maintaining a constant head so the grout flows across and fills the gap fully.

Working

Keep the pour continuous within the pot life; use chains/strapping to aid flow under baseplates where needed.

Curing & Cleaning

Protect from rapid drying until cured; strike formwork after initial cure. Clean tools with the recommended cleaner while fresh.
