Packaging & Storage

Packaging

300 ml and 600 ml cartridges/unipacs (refer to current packaging / price list)

Storage

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions, typically between +5 C and +25 C. The expiry date is printed on the packaging. Refer to the PDS for exact storage and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, dust and loose particles. Use the appropriate Sika cleaner/activator or primer for the substrate as directed.

Preparation

Cut the nozzle to suit the joint/bead size and fit to a standard cartridge gun. Ensure the temperature is within the permitted application range.

Application

Apply the adhesive/sealant firmly into the joint or onto the bonding surface, ensuring full contact and avoiding air entrapment.

Tooling

Tool and finish the bead within the open time, before skin formation, using a suitable tooling agent if required.

05
Curing

Allow to cure by atmospheric moisture. Cure rate depends on temperature and humidity; protect the joint from loading until adequately cured.
