Storage

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in cool, dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Joint Preparation

Joint faces must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and loose material. Use a backing rod / bond breaker to control joint depth where required.

02
Priming

Apply the appropriate Sika primer to the joint faces where the substrate or exposure requires it, and observe the waiting time.

03
Application

Gun the sealant firmly into the joint, ensuring full contact with both faces and avoiding air entrapment.

04
Tooling

Tool within the skin-over time to a smooth, slightly concave profile wetting both faces.

05
Curing

Allow to cure undisturbed; protect from contamination and movement until cured.
