DESCRIPTION
Sikafloor®-264 is a two-component, colored epoxy resin with a total solid epoxy composition, according to Deutsche Bauchemie e.V. (German Association for Construction Chemicals) standards.
USES
Sikafloor®-264 is designed for use by experienced professionals and is suitable for:
- Roller coating concrete and cement screeds in areas with normal to medium wear, such as storage and assembly halls, maintenance workshops, garages, and loading ramps.
- Seal coating for broadcast systems, including multi-storey car parks, underground car parks, maintenance hangars, and wet process areas like those in the beverage and food industries.
- Ideal for use in various industrial sectors such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Clean Rooms, Power Stations, and Water Plants.
- Suitable for mechanical rooms and storage areas in administration buildings, exhibition halls, and showrooms.

Sikafloor®-264 meets the LEED v2009 IEQc 4.2 standards for Low-Emitting Materials – Paints and Coatings.

- Particle emission certificate (CSM Statement of Qualification – ISO 14644-1, class 4).
- Outgassing emission certificate (CSM Statement of Qualification – ISO 14644-8, class 6.5).
- Biologically resistant as per ISO 846.
- Fire classification according to EN 13501-1.
- Compliant with EN 13813:2002 and EN 1504-2:2004, CE marked.
- ISEGA Certificate of Conformity (40974 U15).

- Short-term moist/wet heat: up to +80°C.
SYSTEMS
- Primer: One layer of Sikafloor 161 (A+B) or Sikafloor 161 (A+B+C) as a scratch layer, consumption 200–250 gm/m² for non-porous substrates.
- Putty: Use Sikafloor 92EG/264 with fine filler for sealing concrete surfaces.
- Coating: Apply two layers of Sikafloor®-264, consumption 200–300 gm/m² per layer.
