USES
Sika MonoTop®-620 can be applied with or without a reinforcement mat over concrete or mortar surfaces, including over SikaTop® or Sika MonoTop® mortars. Its main applications include:
- Concrete/mortar pore sealing or leveling mortar
- Thin-layer rendering over vertical or horizontal structural elements
- Repairing minor defects like pores and honeycombed concrete
- Restoration of edges and joints
- Suitable for restoration work (EN 1504-9, Principle 3, methods 3.1 and 3.3)

Sika MonoTop®-620 is part of the Sika range of mortars, all of which comply with the relevant parts of European Standard EN 1504. It works alongside:

- Repair Mortar: Sika MonoTop®-412, 352, 211 series
- Levelling Mortar: Sika MonoTop®-620
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Mixing Ratio: ~4.0 liters of water per 25 kg bag (100:16 powder to water)
- Consumption: Approximately 17.4 kg of powder per m² per cm thickness (depends on substrate roughness and layer thickness)
- Yield: 25 kg powder yields approximately 14.5 liters of mortar
- Layer Thickness: Minimum 1.5 mm / Maximum 5.0 mm
- Ambient Air Temperature: Minimum +5°C, Maximum +30°C
- Substrate Temperature: Minimum +5°C, Maximum +30°C
- Pot Life: ~30-45 minutes at +20°C
