PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Chemical Base: Organic polymer blend
• Packaging: 5 L jerry can, 20 L plastic can, 200 L drum, 1000 L IBC (bulk supply available upon request)
• Shelf Life: 12 months minimum from production date when stored correctly in unopened packaging
• Storage Conditions: Store in a dry area between 5°C and 35°C, protect from direct sunlight
• Appearance / Colour: Brown liquid
• Specific Gravity: ~1.18 at 25°C
• Solid Content by Weight: ~38%
• pH Value: ~5-8 at 25°C
• Total Chloride Ion Content: Nil

APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Recommended Dosage: 0.8 – 3% by weight of cement. Trial mixes should be performed to determine the exact dosage.
• Dispensing: Sikament® NN PK should be measured with appropriate equipment and added to the batching gauging water, or both can be added simultaneously to the concrete mixer at the batching plant. For optimal performance, ensure a wet mixing time of at least 60 seconds, depending on mixing conditions and mixer performance. To prevent excess water in the mix, start the final dosage after two-thirds of the wet mixing time.

Compatibility
Sikament® NN PK is compatible with many other Sika products. However, trials should be conducted to confirm the performance when mixing it with other products. For specific combinations, please contact Sika Technical Services.
