Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Joint / Substrate Preparation

Joint faces and substrates must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and loose material. Use a bond breaker / backing rod where required to control joint geometry.

Priming

Apply the appropriate Sika primer to the joint faces where the substrate or service conditions require it, and allow the correct waiting time.

03
Application

Apply the sealant firmly from the cartridge/sausage into the joint, ensuring full contact with the joint faces and avoiding air entrapment.

04
Tooling

Tool the sealant within its skin-over time to a smooth, slightly concave profile that wets both joint faces.

05
Curing

Allow the sealant to cure undisturbed; protect the joint from contamination and movement until cured.
