Sikasil IG-25 (A+B)

Sikasil IG-25 (A+B) is a high-quality, two-component silicone sealant specifically designed for the production of insulating glass units (IGUs). This product provides excellent adhesion, flexibility, and weather resistance, making it ideal for use in sealing and bonding glass panes to aluminum or other substrates. The product is available in two parts (A and B), which need to be mixed before application.

Usage:

• Mixing: Sikasil IG-25 (A+B) comes in two components – Part A (base) and Part B (curing agent). These components need to be mixed in the correct proportions before use to achieve the desired performance.
• Application: Apply the sealant to the spacer bars of insulating glass units or between the glass panes for proper bonding and sealing. It can be used for both vertical and horizontal applications.
• Curing: Allow the sealant to cure as per the manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure optimal strength and adhesion.
• Equipment: Use a manual or pneumatic dispensing system for accurate application and to maintain the proper mix ratio between Part A and Part B.
