Sika AnchorFix®-1 is a fast-curing, two-component, styrene-free anchoring adhesive for medium-duty anchoring of threaded rods, rebar and bolts into concrete and masonry. Supplied in a cartridge with a static mixer (10:1), it is applied directly into the drilled hole and cures quickly, giving reliable fixings in dry base materials.

Storage

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in cool, dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Drill the Hole

Drill the hole to the diameter and depth required for the anchor size using an electric rotary drill.

02
Clean the Hole

Thoroughly clean the hole with a round brush and blow out dust (brush-blow-brush-blow) so it is clean, dry and free from oil and grease.

03
Prepare Cartridge

Remove the cap and red plug, fit the static mixer, load into the gun and purge until the two components are evenly mixed.

04
Inject

Inject the adhesive from the back of the hole outward, filling about two-thirds to avoid air pockets.

05
Set the Anchor

Insert the anchor with a slight twisting motion to the required depth within the working time, adjust to position and leave undisturbed until cured.
