Sika AnchorFix®-3+ is a high-performance, two-component, solvent-free epoxy anchoring adhesive for heavy-duty anchoring of threaded rods, rebar and bolts into concrete and masonry. It is a bonded injection-type anchor CE-marked to ETAG 001 (ETA-14/0125) and an anchoring product for reinforcing steel bar to EN 1504-6, offering high load capacity, low odour and reliable performance in cracked and uncracked concrete.

Storage

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions. The expiry date is printed on each cartridge. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Drill & Clean the Hole

Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth. The hole must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil and grease. Remove all loose particles by blowing and brushing as required.

02
Prepare the Cartridge

Fit the correct static mixer nozzle. The product and substrate must be within the permitted temperature range (+5 C to +30 C); substrate at least 3 C above dew point. Discard the initial mortar until an even colour is achieved.

03
Inject

Inject the adhesive from the bottom of the hole, slowly withdrawing the nozzle to avoid air voids, filling to the required level.

Set the Anchor

Insert the cleaned rod or rebar with a slight twisting motion to the required depth within the open time, ensuring the annular gap is filled.

05
Cure & Load

Do not disturb until the specified curing time has elapsed; allow full cure before applying load. Curing times depend on temperature.
