Product Overview
SikaCeram®-850 Design is a two-component epoxy coloured grout for floor and wall tile joints of 2 to 5 mm, dispensed from a 400 ml double side-by-side cartridge through a static mixer nozzle. The cured grout has a smooth, glossy finish with durable chemical and stain resistance, built for demanding interiors with high cleanliness requirements.
Per the official Sika Product Data Sheet (October 2025), it is used for grouting tiles in interior residential and commercial applications: wet rooms, shopping malls, hospitals, commercial and industrial kitchens, food industry areas and indoor swimming pools. The cartridge format mixes both components in the nozzle as you apply, so there are no site-mixing errors. Use the material within 20 minutes or change the nozzle, smooth the joint with a finishing tool, and remove excess from the tile face after 6 to 8 hours with a sharp scraper. Clean tools immediately with Sika Colma Cleaner; hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Note: this is a tile joint grout, not a tile adhesive. Fix tiles first with a suitable SikaCeram adhesive, then grout the joints with SikaCeram®-850 Design. Colours include White, Pearl, Beige, Jasmine, Goldenrod, Gold, glitter variants, Grey, Coffee and Dark. Shelf life is 12 months stored dry at +5 to +35 degrees C in original packaging.
