Sikafloor® Level-30 PK is a one-component, self-levelling, cementitious floor levelling compound. Mixed with water, it flows out to produce a smooth, flat, hard-wearing surface suitable for receiving floor coverings or coatings. It is used to level and smooth concrete and cementitious substrates, typically over a range of thicknesses, for interior applications.

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, off the ground and protected from moisture. Refer to the PDS for exact storage and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

Substrate Preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean and free from dust, laitance, oil and loose material. Mechanically prepare and repair defects as required.

Priming

Apply the appropriate Sika primer to control absorption and improve bond, and allow it to cure as specified before pouring.

Mixing

Add the powder to the correct quantity of clean water and mix with a low-speed mixer to a lump-free, flowable consistency. Do not over-water.

04
Application

Pour and spread within the working time to the required thickness, then lightly spike-roll to release air and aid flow and levelling.

05
Drying / Curing

Protect from rapid drying, draughts and direct sun. Allow to dry/cure to the required strength and moisture level before applying floor coverings.
