USES
MasterFlow 400 is intended for use by experienced professionals only. It is ideal for high-strength grouting and fixing of:

• Starter bars
• Anchors
• Fasteners
• Tie rods
• Crash barrier posts
• Fence and railing posts

It is also used for under-grouting and bedding of:

• Base plates
• Machine bases and seat base-plates for both light and heavy machinery, including machinery subject to heavy impact and vibration (e.g., reciprocating engines, compressors, pumps, presses)
• Bridge bearings
• Mechanical joints (e.g., road/bridge/deck types)

Additionally, it is suitable for sleeperless, direct rail fixing of:

• Crane tracks
• Light rail and permanent way in tunnels
• Light rail and permanent way over bridges

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Composition: Epoxy resin with selected aggregates
• Packaging: 27 kg set (Part A + Part B + Part C)
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Storage conditions: Store in a dry, air-conditioned environment at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Keep in original, unopened, sealed packaging, and protect from sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• Density: Approximately 1.93 kg/l (mixed, +25°C)

APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Layer thickness:
  • Minimum grout depth: 20 mm
  • Maximum grout depth: 80 mm
• Ambient air temperature: +20°C minimum / +40°C maximum
• Dew point: Ensure substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point to prevent condensation during application.
• Substrate temperature: +15°C minimum / +40°C maximum
• Substrate moisture content: ≤ 4%
• Pot life:
  • At +25°C: ~60 minutes
  • At +40°C: ~30 minutes
