SikaSeal®-105 PK is a cement-based, polymer-modified, two-component, multipurpose waterproofing slurry. It combines a crystallisation action and pore-blocking effect with the waterproofing ability of special polymers, fillers and graded aggregates. Supplied pre-batched (no water added), it is brush, trowel or spray applied and can be used against positive and negative water pressure, for internal and external waterproofing of water-containment structures.

Storage

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Substrate Preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean and free from laitance, dust and loose material. Pre-wet to a saturated surface-dry condition before application.

Mixing

Add the pre-batched powder (Part A) to the liquid (Part B) and mix with a low-speed mixer to a lump-free, uniform consistency. No additional water is added.

First Coat

Apply the first coat by brush, trowel or suitable mortar spray pump, working it well into the surface.

Second Coat

Apply the second coat once the first has set sufficiently (for floors, ideally after 24 hours, lightly re-wetting the first coat). For water-retaining structures apply a total of about 4-8 kg/m2 depending on water head.

Finishing & Curing

Finish by rubbing down with a soft dry sponge. Protect from rapid drying and cure the coating properly.
