Two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry for concrete and masonry. Supplied as Part A (liquid polymer) and Part B (powder). For water tanks, basements, bathrooms, and roofs.

Is SikaTop-550 Seal the same as MasterSeal 550?
Yes. Following Sika's acquisition of the MBCC Group, MasterSeal 550 is now supplied as SikaTop-550 Seal. The official Product Data Sheet (March 2024) states 'formerly MasterSeal 550'.
What is the coverage of SikaTop-550 Seal?
Approximately 1.8 kg per square metre at 1 mm thickness, applied in a minimum of 2 layers per the official Product Data Sheet. Apply the second coat crosswise once the first has hardened.
Can SikaTop-550 Seal be used for drinking water tanks?
Yes. It is certified suitable for contact with potable water under BS 6920: Part 1 2000.
Can I add water while mixing SikaTop-550 Seal?
No. The official data sheet states: do not add water in any circumstances, and mix only full kits, never partial quantities.
